We have seen over 35 patients with Relapsing Polychondritis in this clinic over the years and are developing a particular interest in major airway complications of this condition, in collaboration with the Department of Respiratory Medicine at St Thomas' Hospital. Relapsing Polychondritis is one of the rarest of the systemic vascular diseases and the vasculitis clinic at St. Thomas' Hospital caters for all patients with primary systemic vasculitis, including other conditions such as Wegener's Granulomatosis and Churg Strauss Syndrome, which may also be complicated by chondritis.
